During the meeting, Nizwa University expressed interest in further collaboration with Razi Institute. A key highlight was the signing of a memorandum of understanding reflecting scientific collaboration between Nizwa University, Razi Institute as well as several Iranian universities.
Razi Institute officials outlined important initiatives, including participation in anti-venom production, joint venom characterization projects, development of diagnostic kits for bacterial pathogens, organization of workshops and exchange of professors and scientists between the two institutions.
In conclusion, both parties agreed to deepen their cooperation through future visits and signing of a memorandum of understanding on agreed areas of mutual interest, paving the way for a more robust and fruitful partnership.
